Solutions Architect & Governance Analyst Senior - Remoto en Gta Telecom De México

The Solutions Architect & Governance Analyst to support the design, documentation, and optimization of enterprise-wide architecture processes. This role will be making security a business imperative. Understanding the current risks and what’s required to achieve a desired level of security protection for cloud computing assets can help mitigate risk exposure, prevent incidents before they occur, and keep operations running! 

Key responsibilities include:

 • Using tools like LeanIX and Lucidchart to document, analyze, and optimize architecture practices
• Ensuring compliance with governance standards while fostering innovation
• Supporting seamless integration of current and future state architectures
• Collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contributing to long-term vision through strategic planning and execution

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT governance, or related fields
• Proven success managing complex architecture ecosystems
• Expertise with architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX, Lucidchart) and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
• Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication

• Proficiency with tools such as LeanIX, Lucidchart, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, COBIT)
• Experience using project management tools like Jira or Asana
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 - C1+) for global collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

• Collaborate with a team of architects and analysts to execute initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and support their development
• Scale the architecture team in response to business needs
• Ensure alignment between IT, business units, and leadership
• Promote accountability and ownership within the team

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, LeanIX) preferred
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a bonus
• Strong skills in architecture modeling and visualization
