Sr DevOps Engineer - Híbrido en Talentosy

Hybrid Position in Guadalajara, Jalisco. 

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure systems that meet business needs.
Automate deployments and orchestrate systems configurations across environments using tools like SCCM or similar.
Manage and optimize central tools including JFrog, SonarQube, and Docker base images
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications
Troubleshoot and resolve development and deployment issues
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement

Exceptional debugging skills and strong experience with DevOps practices

Technical Skills & Competencies
Mandatory
Strong knowledge of configuration management tools such as SCCM or similar (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible)
Familiarity with Tanium or SCCM Patch Manager is considered a strong asset.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

An automation-first mindset with a focus on enhancing productivity and reliability
Scripting Languages – Bash, Powershell
Experience working on CI/CD using GitHub Actions
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
Prior experience working in an agile development environment
Experience with Unix toolbox - grep, sed, find, awk, jq, yq, ...
Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to DevOps, cloud services, and system management
