Support ESC Spares Reporting

Job description:

The role aims to provide support in the generation, maintenance, and analysis of reports related to the planning, availability, and use of spare parts. This position collaborates with technical, logistics, and maintenance departments to ensure visibility into inventory performance, supply compliance, and KPIs associated with critical materials management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update weekly risk analysis report
• Update WoW demand changes report
• Update New Data Center (NZT) hand-off and availability reports
• Maintain News Data Center single source of truth table for OFE and CFE GPNs
• Maintain New Data Center end-to-end demand and supply planning reports (demand, open POs, move orders, and current on-hand supply)
• Support Ad-hoc demand and supply monitoring requests

Job Requirements:

Fully remote employment

This job is entirely in English, the interview will be conducted in English.

Vacancy for Mexico/nationalized

Minimum 4 years of experience in recent similar positions

Engineering/Bachelor's degrees in computer science or IT with a degree

Required skills:

Advanced Excel proficiency.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.

Ability to work with large volumes of data and ensure its integrity.

Preferred: Knowledge of SQL or database management.

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with inventory management systems

Experience in a data center environment

Soft Skills:

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.

Independent ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to collaborate with different areas.

We offer:

Gross salary of $50,000 MXN (max) per month + legal benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
