IT Recruiter - Remoto en Gta Telecom De México

TITLE:     IT RERUITER

REQUIRMENTS:

·  Minimum  3 years of experience  in IT recruitment (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.).

·  Proven experience working with  US-based clients or companies , preferably in remote or multinational environments.

·   Solid understanding of common technologies: programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.), frameworks, databases, and Agile methodologies.

·  Advanced use of sourcing tools

·  Ability to conduct basic technical screenings 

·  End-to-end recruitment experience: sourcing, interviewing, coordination with hiring managers, offer negotiation, and closing.
